We send out an Order Confirmation email shortly after placing your order has been placed, so that you can make sure to have a receipt. If you did not receive one, and it is not in your spam folder, it is possible the order was not fully placed or that your email was entered incorrectly. Please contact us via our email at shop.mybracelet@gmail.com and we’ll make sure it gets fixed straight away.
Please email us right when the order was placed, we might be able to correct the address, but for the colours and engraving, sadly we are not able to change that after the order is placed, but email us if that happens and we might be able to get you a discount for your next one!
Yes, we certainly do ship world wide! Bracelets shipped to international addressses generally take 7-14 days to arrive after your order is customised and/or processed. Note* that often orderes will be passed and delivered by your country's local post office.
"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."
